Full registration provides entrance to all conference plenary and breakout sessions, multiple coffee breaks, any lunch provided with the conference, refreshments at both the opening and closing receptions, and a mobile workshop of your choice.

You will be asked to select a mobile workshop at the time you complete your registration. Click here for full descriptions of the mobile workshops so that you can decide your choices in advance.

Refund Policy‍

Full refunds will be issued until May 9, 2024. If you request a refund between May 10-17, 2024, we will only be able to refund 50% of your registration price. No refunds will be issued after May 18, 2024.

Scholarships‍

The scholarship application has now closed as of March 28th. For any questions about scholarships please email info@placemakingweek.org

Any scholarship amount awarded applies directly to the cost of registration fees only. We are unable to offer support for travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
